There's one component I wish they would have spoken to. It's the criticizers and the company putting in the effort to establish a culture where a person is allowed to improve. I think so many people want to justify what they've done or otherwise guard themselves because they may be worried about keeping their job. And I have been in companies where folks are quick to fire people that don't produce. So I think that's an important component.
It baffles me that this has zero comments and less views. It's practically gold lying there for free over the Internet. Loved the entire show. When I heard the first story about motivating the millitary personnel, I laughed so hard. From that, I knew that this is gonna be super interesting and insightful. :)
