2 weeks post op today and babyyyy 😩🤦🏾♀️ it’s a struggle everyday! Taking it 1 day at a time tho. Can’t wait until the healing process is OVER!!! I tell you, this is NOT for the weak! And I’m not even talking pain wise. You really have to be mentally prepared for this! This shit is not a joke UPDATE: I’m currently 7 months post op and still swell some days.. WEAR YOUR FAJA LADIES SERIOUSLY!! I hate wearing these things but it’s a must! I thought everyone were exaggerating when they used to stress it but nope! WEAR IT! Maybe not 24/7 but at least at night when you’re going to sleep or when you’re home doing nothing.
I had mine done on August 3rd on day two and three I was crying, I was in so much pain!!! I thought my tummy tuck and breast lift was the hard part, nooo way!!!! The lipo and fat transfer is hard. I agree not for the weak!!!!
@@mrs1dianarojas Listen I’ll be 5 weeks on the 10th, and let me tell you, this is a SLOW, LONG process. You gonna have some good days where you’re like ok things are going well, today is great! Then other days you’re gonna want to scream and cry 😩 but hang in there. the more you stand and move around THE BETTER! Just keep moving.
@@mrs1dianarojas No. Even though my doctor said it’s ok after 3 weeks. I’m waiting for 6. But I am on my sides. I keep a pillow under me and I occasionally rotate once I’m tired of being on my stomach.
After your bbl , like say a week in a half in, what was you doing to? Did anybody help you with it? Asking because my gf just had one like a week or two ago and I’ll like to assist her during her process.
Hi Dr. William, will eating more also increase fat all over the body following a BBL? Or will it mainly go to the fat cells transferred to the buttocks?

I primarily treat patient with cosmetic procedures. A FAQ is when should they start working out? Shoulder for breast. Lipo/ TT for stomach And BBL for hips/ legs
Just had a mommy makeover And the bbl transfer and breast implant have been the least painful . I can’t even relate to what pain everyone is talking about for the bbl.
I'm 1 month post op with you and want to know, for sitting after bbl: only need to use the bbl pillow for the 3rd and 4th week and after 1 month (5th week).. I can seat like normal..no pillow needed? 😮
Dr., I work out like 4 times a week and I usually do focus on my glutes and my muscles harden and grow, but for my upcominh bbl my concern is the "soil". Should I minimize how hard I work out on my glutes until after the surgery? Also, what do you think about HBO Therapy for recovery process?
Hi Dr. William, I got a bbl from you in January. I have been doing the Emsella machine at my doctor office for my incontinence. Will taht mavhine ruin my bbl. Please look into it amd let me know.
I tell my patients to perform yoga or any physical activity whenever they feel well enough to practice and I tell my patients to wear their faja for 3 months after their BBL.
Dr William, i am planning for a tummy tuck and bbl but with 2 different surgeons.i have seen your past video where u mentioned to get tummy tuck first and bbl later .my question is, my tummy tuck surgeon suggested extended tummy tuck which would involve lipo in my flanks and removing the excess skin hip to hip.how can i do bbl later if most of my fat is in my flanks and will be removed during tummy tuck?i am so confused at this point which procedure i should opt first .....can u please reply to this post and help please.
This might be a little different answer than some surgeons give but I like my patients to get active as soon as they feel well enough to exercise. My only restriction after a BBL is no sitting. Everything else is fine to do. I think that the added blood flow from the exercise is beneficial to fat survival and recovery so I am a big proponent of early exercise.
In chirurgia estetica. Ho sempre visto giovani donne, per il famoso ritocchino.... Mai ho visto donne ultra 50. 60.anni ..per dare un rimodellamento alla siluet... In questo si nota la bravura del chirurgo. Di estetica...
Hate to break it to you, but I do have a rigorous exercise regimen AND have a healthy diet. I had a BBL over two months ago and it’s worked out just fine. I couldn’t get the contour and overall shape that I now have at the gym, even when I lowered my body % fat drastically 🤷🏼♀️ .Your statement is an over generalization. Everyone is different.
@@beyoncesdaughter9128 again, you’re wrong. My friend had her BBL with my surgeon (board certified) and she DID maintain her results, over FIVE years later! 🙄 You don’t know what you’re talking about and you clearly don’t have a lot of experience with a BBL. 🙄
