No. When you invest in a stock, you can view it on both LCN and BAWSAQ in the “my portfolio” section. Because I loaded up a save file from a long time ago, I forgot it was on BAWSAQ😁
Another tip not mentioned in this video which a lot of people miss or are unaware of that will double all your profits. -once you finish the big score and the finale and receive the 40mil invest all your money into aug insurance on all characters, then sleep a couple of times. this should bring you up to about 80 million before you’ve even started Lester assassinations, doubling your profits.

You can get a lot further with the lester missions. You just have to put all your money from the big score in the AUG stock right after you kill devin weston. He was involved in an insurance scandal and after he dies the stock gives around a 100% return. That way you can start with a lot more before the lester missions.
After everything im topping out on just shy of 1B with every character, eventhough i already bought some locations with every one of em... This video helped a lot, even after some years 👊🏻
Thanks brother. I’ve had the game since launch but just started playing it because life got busy. All 3 of my characters are between 500k and 800k but I want to be able to buy all properties and vehicles in game. As well as all the guns, clothes, and whatever else there may be. I really appreciate this video. Will definitely come in handy when trying to become filthy rich.
@@jonaha6101 I started it. Didn’t get too far in. Maybe a little under half way. Then I just didn’t play. Other games took priority and life did as well. Game is finished now. I have a group I play online with but I still don’t play often. Real life becomes more important than gta. Sometimes I wish it didn’t but it is what it is
Very much appreciated it was easy to follow and I ended up getting more than enough stocks to get the 2.1b which is the most money you can have with some stocks not able to be cashed out. I went and bought all the properties, vehicles and guns attachments ammo etc. And I was able to go back to my last stocks and cash out back to max money with more stocks it still won't let me sell because I have max money. After the first Lester contract of you wanna make the most of that sell those stonks and switch to Bilk! Pulled out 300% return on that after a few hours of grinding the save. XD woke dude got 800% but he had to have spent a day reloading.

@LKG, hey bro... i'm not sure if you know of this but after doing the the last mission from Franklin just after you finish the game and then you will receive the money from the big heist... for the next 24 ingame hours, Augury Insurance or whatever what its called will increase its stock by 100% so you can still buy and sell its stock to double your rewards from the big heist and start with more money before doing the last 4 Lester Assasination... in my case, i was able to get the highest amount from the heist (~41m) and was able to get a 109% from AUG insurance and started with ~85m before the last 4 Lester Assasination... you would probably end with a billion or so by the end... (i have not done yet the last 4 Lester Assasination)... i also tried your method with the stock exchange (5 days decline) and it totally works(got a 10% increase from one stock) though it will take some effort of saving, loading, and sleeping the characters... anyways, great job 😁👍
@@deathkiller939 yes. Mine went from 6 to -1.94 then to -6.27 and after some days it blew up and it went from -6.27 to 255. Them I slept more and it went to 325.

This helped me make some good money thanks. I ended up with $351 Mil with franklin, $371 Mil with Michael and $363 Mil with Trevor. My percentages when selling warrant as high as yours. But still good money. This was in April of 2021

For some reason, if you sleep using Franklin the stocks percentage of Redwood won't pass 180% but if you switch to Trevor and Michael, it is already at 350% + ... I suggest you sleep using Michael multiple times until it hits 280-400% and then switch to Franklin to have the same amount of percentage.
It's not a problem to do the lester assassinations before the end of the game. Just be sure to have a bunch of money before you start (15-30M). I just invested as michael and ended up with the max amount of 2.1 billion + an extra 1.6 billion in stocks that i can't sell. I suggest making money before you start the lester missions tho: play the epsilon program missions, the jewlery heist and maybe the paleto heist first. After that just invest in normal stocks and trade up to about 15-30 M. There are a bunch of random events/ missions that affect stocks too so its pretty easy. Hope this helps someone who wants to have fun before the end of the game.
I'm the type of gamer who does the side missions before doing the story missions, and that's how I played on PS3 & PS4. But I guess for my upcoming PS5 playthrough, I'll hold off on Lester's assassination missions until after I finish the Big Score.
This actually works, the only thing is (nothing to do with the money making process) the game crashed on my ps4 so I had to start over ;( but like I said it actually works
Before I found this video, I remember Lester saying Beta Pharm would jump in price, so prior to the mission I went to buy stock in it and...and...and...it was NOT on the stock exchange.

Beat the game before doing the Lester mission so you have as much money as possible in each account. Then go buy stocks in correct companies before each assassination. Then sell after mission when stock price goes up. Note, you'll have to complete the Lester hotel assassination to continue on with the game at a certain point but leave all the others.
Thanks bro I got really lucky with the investments so I ended up with 1.2 billion with trevor and 1.3 billion with Franklin and Michael I prolly not even going to invest anymore because I can finally buy that damn golf club I always wanted and everything in the game so theres no point on investing more. Yo dude this video worked very well. I was able to do 1.8 billion using Lester assassination missions and an extra 200 billion using the stock market method which adds up to 2 billion in total. Thanks man I can be able to afford everything now.
Some things i dont like about GTAV. 1: 5 star wanted level instead of 6 stars like the previous games 2: no money cheat 3: NONE of the characters use their abilities in cutscenes, especially moments where they should. 4: you can only have 1 garage per character 5: limited number of businesses to buy and own 6: none of the characters get as much money as they should from the heists 7: there are no heists in game that are just the 3 main characters pulling them off for maximum profit between them 8: no flamethrower 9: not enugh hacking heists 10: cant buy properties like in vice city stories. 11: online is nothing but toxic shitheads.
I know i know , om about 10 years late playing gta5 for the first time ever, as i been busy chasi g real life money for the past 15 years . The last console id ever had was a N64. Lol . Just got back into gaming with my son a couple years ago with a Nintendo switch. Now recently a friend gave as a ps4 with a bunch of games including this one that i was excited for after playing the trilogy on switch . This was super helpful. My first play through i ended with just over 25 million. Just finished my second play through and now have almost 2 billion thanks to this video. Stock market, this isn’t some secret thing. Games been out over 10 years most core day one players already know about this and have known about it for years..
LKG, actually I believe you can net about $43.6 Million for each character by using the crew members in order.............. > Eddie Toh- 2nd pilot > Taliana- Train Driver > Norman Chad- Gunman for Franklin > Chef- Michael's partner Also, I even had each protagonist taking turns of collecting $40 Million extra from the $25K money package both before and after the end credits. Thus each character will have $120.8 Million for the 3 LCN stock investments during the last 4 assassination missions. The Xbox 360 is the only console that you can switch characters for the money briefcases to respawn automatically. The PS4-PS5 & Xbox 1 doesn't have this feature unfortunately.
I already completed the multi assassination target before watching this, so I wasn't aware that If I bought Redwood after selling my other stock that I could boost my money by 200 - 300%. I already did other stuff after it so I don't have a save file for after that mission so I guess I missed out.

You missed the Augury Insurance investment. After the mission where the 3 guys kill Devin Westin have all 3 guys invest in Augury. Wait a little while (seriously, it's just a short time) and your investment will literally double. Assuming you get $40 million during the bank job you can double it to $80 million BEFORE starting the final 4 Lester assassination missions. Then simply follow the advice on this video and bam, you'll have over a billion before you know it.
@@youssefabdelaal434 Sure. You can make money from stocks on all the Lester missions. Look up GTA5 assassination investor for more detail. Plus, there is another lesser known mission where you pick up a guy and give him a ride to the airport and he gives you a stock tip that can earn you about 10% interest. Ultimately, if you invest properly you can literally buy all the property in the game and still max out how much money you have at the end ($2.14 billion). The trick is to buy all the stuff you want before the last assassination investment.
So I haven't played GTA in...like years lol but after playing the definitive edition for a while I kinda got this huge urge to replay the GTA V story again and I'm SO glad I just so happen to come across this video literally right after I did the first assassin mission....sadly I could do the 250k stock but as long as I can do the big 2B one then I'm good lol.

You are half correct and he was also half correct lol...If we kill Michael, his cut gets transferred to his family, but if we kill trevor then Lester sends his cut to Michael and franklin equally.
After getting $46 mil from the big score, and doing the lester assassination missions, I have $989 mil with Franklin, $439 mil with Michael, and $979 mil with Trevor
Thanks for your tip. After I hit the two billion Mark for all characters. I started back. 1.6% got Franklin already 2.1m without doing much of the of the story. I did the first mission with Franklin and then I put the phone on sleep. Went back and made just a a good bit over Michael was stealing from the bank. He stole 179k we got 600k turned to stock market.
Can someone help me out here. So Franklin has 2.1b (max amount) but when I go to sell the final shares for the other two characters it doesn’t let me sell them. Does this mean only one character can have 2.1 billion or is this some bad glitch? because this never happened to me before..
Bro when you were investing your money you needed to invest with all three characters. The guy said it in the video himself bro. If you have saved the lester missions you can load that game back and have 2.1 billion dollars with each character. Remember to invest with each character every time you invest your money before a lester assassination mission.
After completing all possible missions, and so then doing the very first assassination mission, and then completing the story, and then doing the other Lester missions, always saving and going back to make sure i buy all stocks at their lowest and sell for their maximum prices, i could make 1,196 BILLION with Trevor, which currently is my poorer character here Should i make 2.1 billion? Nah. Do i need to? Nah. Can I already buy everything? Yeah! So am i going to hit 2.1 billion? Yes..... LOOOOOOL
