Ingredients : (Chicken 2 kg )
First : (thick gravy ) bannamanjel : (use oil to fry)
1)Red chilly : 10
2)Corinader seeds (kotthambari) : 4 tsp
3)Jeera (jeerige) : 1tsp
4)Pepper seeds ( eddemunchi) : 1 tsp
5)Garlic seeds (bellulli) : 4 - 5 seeds
6)Mustard seeds (sasemi ) : 1 tsp
7)onion (neerulli) : 1 (small)
8)Tamarind (puli) : lemon size
9)Tamarind (manjal) : 1/2 tsp
Make a smooth thick gravy by using the above ingredients and water.
Second : Chicken sukka powder (don't use oil to fry / dry roast)
1)Red chilly (byadagi ): 15
2)Coriander seeds (kotthambari ) : 4 tsp
3)Jeera seeds ( jeerige) : 1 tsp
4)Pepper seeds (eddemunchi ) : 1 tsp
5)Cloves (lavanga) : 4
6)Star : 1
7)Cinnamon (chakke) : 3
8)Elaychi (elakki) : 2
9)Mustard seeds (sasemi) : 1 tsp
10)Garlic (bellulli) : 6-7
Make a smooth powder of the above ingredients without using water.
Final step : (fry without using oil)
1)Grated coconut : 1
2)Garlic (bellulli) : 6-7
3)Turmeric : 1tsp
Neer dosa:
1) Dosa rice : 3 cup (soak in the water for 6-7 hr ) wash it peoperly and using water and salt make a smooth batter .
