Scale it down according to the amount per serving, so in this case you’d be making 9 servings instead of 10(I know it’s a joke but just in case anybody is actually in a bind like that).
@@Dave.Mustaine.Is.Genius you freeze it after putting the lid on. Moisture stays trapped inside, you can put it into the microwave for 5 minutes and its ready to go

Hope you guys enjoyed this video!!! Let me know your thoughts 🙏🏼😇 I uploaded a video of me working out with a fan and surprised himself with something crazy! It’s super wholesome and I know you guys would like it! Check it out if you like!🙏🏼😊
Legit thank you. It's not for working out. But I'm having to adjust the basic things I do just to save money. Already had plans to start doing the rice and chicken thing. Now I know exactly what to put in it.
Just a heads up, if you want to get the most for your money it’s better to buy a big bag of rice that will last for months rather than buying a new bag every other week
@@TRAPLIFE4 Rice isn't a traditional staple food in most western countries, so a lot of people will habitually buy the microwavable/parboiled forms or the small supermarket bags if they're a little more savvy. They may not know that 20 pound bags are an option and that they're extremely affordable as well as delicious (if washed and cooked properly).
I'm telling, rice is a super meal, depending where you buy it from you can get it pretty cheap, has a long shelf life if kept dry, and so filling, it's simple to make, and it goes with a lot of things.
In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have. I try to eat healthy, but the lack of protein and fiber left me feeling hungry and reaching for sugary snacks. Gaining weight, especially lean muscle, was a constant battle for me. I hit the gym religiously, but despite a clean diet, I felt like I wasn't able to achieve my goal. Turns out, I was unknowingly missing a key ingredient: high-quality protein. But things changed drastically when I discovered Alpino Oats & High Protein peanut butter. The protein and fiber combo keeps me full and energized all day, and finally shows results on my weight gain journey
I'm genuinely about to start doing this. Had lifting down for years and been getting stronger all the time. Now I want to look a little better, calorie planning here we go
Whatever you want. Goya Adobo(best seasoning in the world), MSG, soy sauce, garlic salt, or even plain salt and pepper. The point is to make the chicken not taste plain.
AMAZING made this tonight made almost all the chicken breast and seasoned it and partially breaded it then made a kg of rice and made like 4 more meals i have 16 since i ate most of the chicken
I mean idk about Egyptian prices but thats what you can get for 23 Dollars in America if you are really smart with your money and got out of your way to find discounts idk if you can get more in Egypt.
Since Germany is such a nice country where everything is unbelieveably expensive, you can use this simple receipe: Get a pack of Mexican rice (1€) and some Thuna (1.25€). Put the rice in the Microwave for 90 seconds and cook the Thuna in a pot and mix it together at the end. Unbelieveably fast meal prep, tastes amazing, super cheap and you got a ton of calories and protein.
@@xoyo__ Kannst egal welchen Reis benutzen. Mexikanischer schmeckt mir halt am nicesten und hat noch paar Bohnen drin für extra Proteine. Gibts im Aldi.
I like to take a little more time with mine, because that many pieces crowds the pan, I don’t get a good enough sear on the chicken. to create more flavor, instead of doing it little batches at a time with already cut chicken, I sear the whole pieces first and par cooked then cut. Then I cook the veggies by themselves to get them cooking first in the drippings and or fond of the seared chicken, as their water evaporate and you toss or stir them around those crusty bits will dissolve and flavor further. Then add the par-cooked chicken to finish cooking with the vegetables and add the soy sauce and a little broth to evaporate and make a sauce as the soy sauce and the broth reduce. Et voila.
Usually these videos really underestimate the price of protein but in Australia at least 3.3lbs is 1.5kg and chicken is $9-10 per kg so this is the first meal prep video with accurate prices
You’d probably need 4 of those meals a day, at 23 a meal that is nearly $700 a month for a single person which probably isn’t even all of the food bill when factoring in supps and other food as well.
Never too young to start making the right choices. Good on you. Your future self will appreciate the effort. If you can keep it up for the next few years, it will become a habit, and you won't have to think about making the right choices you just will.
Really respect that. Just remember to not do any of the cutting/bulking stuff, since it could impact your height. Just focus on your protein intake and build strong muscles. Proud of you dude!
Sorry. Maybe I counted wrong but… How does this meal can have 54 g of proteins if it’s about 150 grams of chicken breast per meal. As I know, 100 grams of chicken breast contains around 24 grams of protein. So, one meal contains around 36 grams of protein. Correct me if I made a mistake.
Do you put them all in the freezer? And when you are hungry take them out and microwave them? It might be a stupid question but I genuinely don't know 😅
If you want to be as economical as possible: Go with some foster farm’s chicken breast, a sack of mahatma rice, tomato, and onion. You’ll spend about $12-$16 and make about 18 portions of grilled chicken and Mexican rice Getting chicken thighs might save you even more
Yo I think all the food my family serves me is pretty healthy because it's mostly chicken and meat and veggies so it's pretty good and healthy Filipino food are the best
Yes sir, but the price of food is different In SA! Was a huge culture shock coming to US seeing the prices but all relative I guess because of what the Americans earn! Have some biltong for me brother, I miss home man🤝❤️🇿🇦
I hate asking but how much rice did you prep? How much per serving. Ive become very stagnant with my weight loss and have been stuck. I'm hoping meal prep will help
