Nice video, very easy to follow. If I use 9V DC supply, can I use regular LED lights? and what resistor could I change to a variable resistor to change the speed of the flashing?

Bro when u connected led to the circuit which terminal is positive and which terminal is negative when we join it with port 3&4

Dear friend ic pin 4 is positive and 1 is negative volt ,,,,, when you connect led with pin 4 you must connect led positive side, led 2nd pin connect with pin 3 ,,,, other side led's positive connect with ic pin 3 negative side with ic pin 1 ,,,,, Thank you for interest ,,,,,,
