THE LINKS ARE 404. But they are unnecessary since the electronics are very simple. You can see from the video how the rows of LEDs are connected. All the radials from the centre point are common, their polarity is determined by the 10-position KNIGHT RIDER circuit you will use to drive them. The circular rings are wired independent of each other. The innermost ring should be connected to the Knight Rider Digit 1, the next ring to Digit 2, etc. The Knight Rider outputs likely require a driver transistor or Mosfet because of the load. I used two of these in the brake lights of my Mini Moke, they are very effective in alerting people. In the Brake application, the brake line (at the brake switch / contact) may be LOW or HIGH when the brakes are applied. The Johnson counters (use CD4017) have pins that permit the use of either system. Great circuit for beginners in the field of electronics.
