I try build a high frequency inverter but my problem is the output of egsoo2 is double in ac and it can read on dc voltage as 600volt it has feed back but the output of egsoo2 is to high it can adjust but voltage is to high.i do the circuit diagram can you pls help me.thank more power to your channel new subriber..
@@Electronic_For_You Thank you for your answer. I noticed when you put some load @22:47, voltage increased from 220v to 230v. I am having the same problem in a lab power supply that i am building and don't know why this overshooting is happening. I suspect OP AMP gain but have no expertise on this. Do you have please some advise ? Thanks.
HighVoltage side MOSFETs VS1 and VS2 were at the wrong point! Later I fixed it ! I think it's better to use 12V Isolated Auxiliary Voltage from Transformer
@@Electronic_For_You HF chopper output is 220vdc or plus.. You are input it to sinewave pcb.but egs002 module need 30 or under dc voltage.. How to get suply for it. ?
@@Electronic_For_You i mean aap ne two tranformer use kiye single transformer use kar lete frequncy 100khz kar lete 1000 watt output mil jata. If Frequncy increse core size decrese
Sir, what is the problem if my sg3525 circuit is normal when it is on standby. But when it is given a load, it restarts continuously. If you don't mind, please see the video that i uploaded
my last try to make an inventor i burn 10 mosfet 😂 i test it with 1A its working fine then when i test it with battery car 12V 😂😂 everything goes on fire it what a hard lesson 😭
I think it's because of thin tracks of MOSFETs that burned out early at high current, this is why I used copper stripes to carry high current! And you should always use a fuse at input to protect yourself from exploding components 😆
You should use car headlight bulb to test the no-load current consumption. If the bulb light up when no load added and MOSFET get too hot, your circuit may have some mistake like transfomer fail, driver signal from IC not corret or you have bad MOSFET😊
