Very bad video. To build a 220V to 12V 60 AMP Battery charger the author of this video should list parts with specification of each part. The transformer used will never supply 60 AMP (one can see the diameter of the wire coils). I do not understand why You Tube accepts these types of postings.
60 ампер ?Даввайте вспомним арифметику и так у нас 12 в, ток 60 а мощность будет 720 ватт этот транс обеспечит такую мощность ? Судяпо габбаритам НЕТ ! Сечение вторичной обмотки судя по картинке не более 3 квадратных миллиметров это примерно18 ампер, Отсюда ваши 60 ампер данная схем может дать в лучшем случае только в импульсе, а ваши две лампочки потребляют от силы ватт 120 - 150, это 10 - 15 ампер ну никак не 60. Так что господа не вешайте лапшу людям на уши.
No one is being fooled here, the Transformer is 10A and just for demonstration but the Rectifier can deliver the current at peak without damaging with big heat sink attached as shown in the video. Use bigger Transformer for more current, thanks for watching.

For 60 amps your transformer ougt to have ar least 6kg iton+copper 800 W, what you showed, the rectifiers OK, transformer not if you split and paralel the 2 12V coils scarsely gor10 A at short circuit, and the voltage lead batts need at least 14V.
Yeah, I know that, but the Transformer is just for demonstration but in the future I will try to get my hand on 3-5KVA Transformer, thanks for your feedback anyway.
Totaly unsafe connecting Mais 240 volts via pushing leads in to socket transformer is never ever going to output 60 Amps (lucky if you get 5 amps at most) this video is a lie from start to finish
Yeah, the Transformer is 10A, just for demonstration, you can use bigger Transformer for more current.in my upcoming project I will use 100A Transformer

thats was wrong,transformer for chargers mast have limiting winding tor setting amper rate and this project was only 8amper power supply,not 60a,nor charger! good luck

Nothing special in using bridge rectifying diode and besides that that diode is only limited to 10 amps and it should have be as far apart from the other diode so as to dispurse heat faster.
