@@KevincaronSculpture Alright, just figured it might give you transparent and solidly fused results with single layers like that!

@@KevincaronSculpture yep topgunm is right, if your first layer is coming apart like that your nozzle isn't close enough to the bed. they have test prints that will print a little square about the quater of that size in every corner of the print and one in the center, and if the squares aren't PERFECT then your nozzle isn't trammed to the bed. That you need to work out before you start messing with ANYTHING else. if you start getting elephants foot, like the bottom layers are wider and squishing out more than the top layers that's your nozzle TOO CLOSE to the bed.

6you could also get a BLtouch or 3Dtouch and it can probe your bed and come up with it's own Z offsets, so even if your glass is warped it will map everything out and maintain perfect nozzle distance at any point on the glass. there only 10 or 20 bucks, might be useful

Sorry, I didn't keep track of the settings. The slicer is "Simplify 3D".

Set the infill to 0. You might have to redesign to not need infill.
