List Of Ingredients
THE DOUGH
3 Cups All Purpose Wheat Flour
2 flat teaspoon Salt
300ml of Tap Water
vegetable oil for oiling Rotis
THE FILLING
4 Medium onions
ginger/garlic/chilli paste
1 Bunch Corriander
1 Bunch Springonion
handful of Mint Leaves
1 tablespoon Saleem's Kitchen Kashmiri Masala
1 teaspoon Salt
500grams Mutton mince meat
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons of Flour and water as required for sticking paste

Woww,, that is quite some tutorial! Beautifully described and explained,, right down to the smallest of details! Absolute perfection! I will never again consider a samosa, to be expensive! I have never eaten a samosa again, since I left India, many many years ago,, and this video made my mouth water!! But after watching this masterpiece of a video,, I will definitely try to make some! Me too, looking for cake recipes when I bumped with this samosa master,I stoped by curiosity because a love samosas but then I got hypnotised by the details and perfectionism. This video is definitely a master lesson!

Thank you for the steps of cutting strips before putting on the pan. I usuallly put the whole not cut and it will give me a lot of torn strips. I appreciate your easy practical method. The oven please explain for me do I turn oven on both i.e. grill and oven? God bless you.

Brilliantly 👏 explained, just what I've been looking for, meat ones with no peas or potatoes added in , lots of Asian shops that sell them fresh or frozen but they got all kinds of things in, I just wanted meat with out the added vegetables, thanks to you I will now be able to make my own and freeze them too. Salleem Bhai, your entire recipe was an absolute delight to watch . Absolutely fantastic thank you so much . The last time I saw this method was over 40 years ago when I was at University and my Muslim friend, she made them, from memory in this similar method .
