I noticed in this video that the arch is against a wall. Can it be free standing, that means standing on its own in the open? Thanks

Hey. This arch isn’t resting against the wall it is freestanding with water weights at the base of each end. Perfect for indoor installations 🎈🎈

Thank you for the message :). I have been doing balloons for a long time so it doesn’t take me to long. But I would say from blowing them up with a pump, assembling it would take around an hour 🎈🎈
