You do not need to spend a lot of money to make it as I am using waste item like popsicle sticks/ ice cream sticks today. To make it you will need:
1. Popsicle sticks
2. Cardboard
3. Fabric/ acrylic color
4. Lace
5. Glue gun
6. Scissors etc.
