You need to stabilize the rotation of the boat along propeller shaft axis by adding some ailerons ( left and right) hinged and attached horizontally to the transom next to propeller from right side and left side ). When driving fast you can see the your boat has a tendency to rotate clockwise ( when viewing from the back ) That's because when your motor rotates counterclockwise, boat rotates clockwise.

great build!! to stop it from "skiing" on one side of the boat you need to make the v taper out to a flatter surface at the stern of the boat it will make it more stable and you will find it will handle better at speed! but again it is still a great build!

Really great concepts you have there and it turned out reallt great just a major tip for you and anyone who watches is not to use pvc tube for watercooling a motor as one it wont conduct any heat to cool the motor if anything the motor will burn through after building and running fast electric and gas powered model powerboats electirc motors get fairly hot in a boat as they are generally sealed off from any airflow if they are brushed and under way more load than car motors
