Hello, I would like to know if the plugin allows me to create a user with the profile to manage more than one staff member and control more than one schedule? For example: a profile that can register several boats as staff members and control their schedules. But this user cannot be the wordpress administrator. It would have to be a company manager profile, for example.

hi, on the free version - you cannot modify auto reply emails. Also can the customer see a record of his vehicle service done (picture records of what we did with a description) so that he can view later

Can this help me with this requirement? Scenario mentioned bellow: Person A is booking for violin class on every Monday 5PM for next 6 months. The tutor name is person X. Upon confirming the booking, can this plugin create a schedule blocking every Monday 5PM for the tutor X and after the schedule unblock the calendar? Q2: Is Google Calendar integration is free or do I have to buy another add-on for it?

I have a question Mr Web, once we manage to get a client that wants a booking system installed into their website. how do we do this? What I mean by this is how do we get access to their website so that we can install the booking system? do we need their word press log in details or how does this work as some business might not remember their word press login or have had it designed by someone else. thank you

1) Usually you would ask them to create a temporary admin user and share those credentials. Once the job is done, they can delete that user. 2) If the website is managed by an agency or a freelancer, you can build a wordpress website on your server, install everything there and ask them to add a "Book Now" button on their website. That way you don't need to interfere with anything at all. The booking system work as a stand-alone solution if you wish 👍

thank you for the swift reply! I understand point number one. point number two however confuses me a little bit, what do you mean by this. could you please explain it in a little bit more detail, in almost a step by step. I have the gift for the gap on the phone however I’m new to web design and word press been learning everything though your videos:) also, will websites like wix and go daddy support the booking system or does it have to be fully word press. and is there a way around it if a client is interested but their website is not word press. thank you very much mr web

@@patrickplander3931 point #2 --- IF you CANNOT access the client's website (for any reasons) you can build the booking system on a stand-alone website, on its own. Just ONE landing page with the booking system on it. In the header section only add one single link "Back to the Home Page" (and redirect to their acutally website URL). Then ask them to add a "Book Now" button on their homepage or wherever they want a call-to-action button. This way you don't need to interfere with the current web designer who's working on their website.
