I'm so glad that I found this I love how real you are and the fact that you can hear your child in the background, it makes me feel a lot less stressed out about trying to actually accomplish something with my baby running around. It really just brings it back to home love this channel!
I tried your ribbon with small pieces of ribbons. Instead of pulling the loops from the outside I started pulling them from the inside and it turn out fabulous. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent!
Very interesting! I’ve been a floral designer for over 30 years and I’ve never made a bow like this. You’re bow turned out great! Your work table and colors are beautiful.
I had taken a florist course to cover the basics yrs. ago. This technique is unique. With the way my arthritis has limited my ability to do traditional bows that you twist & pinch etc. this is a diff. option to try. Thx for sharing. Happy Holidays
I just made some bows with your instructions. I loved how you made real life comments throughout the video...it felt true and not just rehearsed..thank you! Love ur background too😍
LOVE IT. Originally I passed the video up cause it was kinda long but after failing at making the bow a different way I came back to this. Its absolutely beautiful and so easy. Thanks for sharing.
Love this video- I watched a dozen trying to fold a nice bow with wired ribbon. Yours was nicely explained- and easy to do. Love your accent and voice as well. Super cute! Great job ❤️
I am going to be making a lot of Christmas bows for all my packages this year, thanks to you! A few years ago I bought a Bow Dabber from Pat Catan's and it is collecting dust in the closet because I just can't get co-ordinated with it. Making my own bows is something that has always intimidated me and I've wanted to learn. Thanks to your video I have conquered my fear of bow making.
Oh my goodness so helpful!!! i was so stressed out trying to figure out how to make a bow, but I did it, and I conquered it, and now I just made for the first time my Christmas wreath, so proud of myself I didn’t give up lol I wish I could show you lol thank you so much for your tutorial so helpful!
Im glad this popped up on my feed. I just bought some snowman ribbon from Costco and I’ve never made a bow before. I cant wait to try your technique. Thanks for sharing.
Best tutorial with 2 ribbons- one ribbon even having the pattern on just one side! I think you got jumbled up at the end when you were pulling “front, back, front, back...” I’m pretty sure when you have two different ribbons, you need to pull ..”front, front, back, back, front, front, back, back..” I think that will automatically give you an alternating loop pattern. Thx so much for your video!!!
Thank you so much. I do think and I am not an expert, perhaps the problem with long loops happened when you did the cut, I think you went too deep, but I enjoy the video as I am working on my bow myself. Thanks for your time and as somebody else has mentioned you have a very soothing voice, blessing!
It’s summertime 2022 but I still wanted to thank you…you explained so well and took your time. Hope my 4th of July bow comes out as nice as your Christmas bow🎊🎉🎉🎉
I want to say thank you so much for a super easy tutorial!!! I followed everything you did to the T & my bow came out beautiful. I’m also a lefty too 😂😂 I also used 3 different colored ribbons with no problem .
Yay!! I know the struggle with being left handed. We have to figure stuff out our own way in this right handed world of ours. Am so happy you it worked for you! I have to do three ribbons.😁 Tfw!
if you knew how much ribbon I have destroyed you would ban me from buying any more! As a lefty too, I found your video to be easy and awesome to follow! I just did this and it is amazingly beautiful! I am now a fan! Thank you for sharing this video...I will now, buy ribbon again!
Blessings to you, and Thank you sharing your bow information! I'm very new to DIYs, I want to learn to make a bow so badly, this tutorial should help me a lot! 🤗🙏
Ive wondered how these were made!Always seeing them beautifully displayed in your holiday videos. Thank you for sharing, you made the steps look so simple! Can’t wait to see your Christmas decor!
Awww I didn't think anyone noticed the bows too much. ☺ You must be an oldie but a goodie YT friend. Love it! Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful weekend.
I actually have the black and red buffalo check roll of ribbon. I'm going to try it with just that one ribbon as that's the only roll I have. Going to try and make it a bit smaller as we have a slim tree. Wish me luck!
I used to do this by cutting v shapes instead of slits. The key is getting that section separated up or under the wired part. The ends were dove tailed to finish.
I already said this is the best tutorial I’ve seen- and this is coming from a person whose brain is 100% analytical- meaning I need all the help I can get when it comes to anything remotely creative. The only thing I’d change is instead of using floral wire to hold the middle together- like she shows around the 14:40 mark, I’d use a zip tie! You can get it way tighter. It holds better, and you just need to cut off the end.
Hello Hope..... Thanks for this Video because that is one of my faults...I just can’t make a bow but your technique looks SUPER EASY & I will definitely be trying this...(GODS BLESSINGS) to You & Your Family & TFS ❤️
Awww thank you! I am glad it was helpful! Sorry, it was so long for DIY but it was easier as far as editing! Thanks so much for watching and God bless you and your family as well!
Thank You Thank You!!! I make all kinds of wreaths , arrangements, etc and am all thumbs when it comes to bow making. I end up paying someone to do it for me.
Hi, I’m new and love how you made this bow. The technique is great and easy. You saved me money. God bless you. Looking forward to your channel. You’re awesome and creative. You go girl
Thank you for sharing!! I will definitely try doing this technique of making bows!! You make this look so easy. I will definitely watch again for measurements!! 😊
Exactly! They are charging so much here in NC for bows n wreaths so I started doing my own. I'm still learning but it's way better cheaper doing it yourself plus u can add stuff u like n I love labradors so I'm in love with my most recent one it has wooden cut outs of labs on it. Amazing technique its helped ,me a lot!
I have a large indoor/outdoor lantern that has the battery operated candles in it. I think I am going to TRY to make this bow to tie to the top of it and throw some pinecones inside. My Christmas theme this year is the buffalo plaid, so this is perfect!
