Seeing the pictures of the cupcakes is so intimidating, but after seeing how simple this gorgeous decoration is, I cannot WAIT to try it. Thanks rosie!
hi there, i just wanted to let you know that i came across this video a few weeks ago when a customer asked if i could do hydrangea cupcakes like in a picture she had. of course, i checked youtube for directions and your video came up. well, i followed your very simple instructions and they turned out beautifully and the luncheon guests LOVED them! thanks!
Those are beautiful. I'm making a birthday cake for my sister with hydrangeas and sunflowers of frosting. Those are the flowers she chose for her wedding, and I feel that's a great look to go for.
Thank you, Rosie! So many times I've been trying to make hydrangea, but with no luck. In your video I now see how to hold and place a nozzle in a right way to make a real hydrangea flower... 🌷👍
Rosie your video's are so clear and easy to follow! (I think you make it all look very easy). And there's no waffling either (unlike some of the videos made by our neighbours across the pond- tee hee). Keep up the good work!
Hey Rosie thank u for this different way of piping two tones. Used to do by applying the gel strokes in the piping bag and filling in the buttercream but this way it makes flowers more beautiful. Thank u once again.
Rosie, Here in Atlanta, GA USA we have so many lovely hydrangeas in blue, pink, green and purple. Your tutorial is so wonderful and so easy. WOW, now we can enjoy hydrangeas all year round and not just in the summer. Who says you cannot have your cake (hydrangeas) and eat them too. LOL Cannot wait for more of your videos. Keep them comin' Rosie! Great job! Ann
Hello Rosie! I was looking for a hydrangea decorating tutorial and yours was my favourite!! I made 2 lovely bouquets for a Christening and all the guests were astonished!! Thanks for sharing!! Regards from Mexico!
Thanks for the videos! I have learned so much from watching you! Im going to try the two color buttercream and the decorations out! Your simply the best teacher!
That is so beautiful! I'm a cake decorator myself, currently thinking about doing my own wedding cake in the future, and I want a theme of blue hydrangeas and purple chrysanthemums. My love has requested that I don't use anything inedible like gum paste flowers.
Hi Rosie, I was just wondering if I should fill the piping bag right up if I am icing about 12 cupcakes, or if I should do it in lots. If I have to refill, is it as simple as the first fill or do I need to grab a new bag so the colours dont get mixed? Last question I promise, would this work with your cream cheese butter cream as well? Thanks Sophie
Dear Rosie, I love watching you! you are so helpful with frosting! I would love to see more videos like this! from the few videos you do have i have learned soo much! You are so talented, and i hope one day i can be like you!
Oh thank you poplife562 I will continue to post more videos. I just want to make sure that they are done in a way that is easy to understand. Wish I could go faster!!! :)

Cookie Gift Can Queen sells Sweetex Hi-Ratio shorting on Etsy for home bakers in small quantities. Just wanted to share with my fellow bakers! Great video tutorial! Thank you!
Amazing and super pretty! They look so happy, especially all grouped together that way. :) I wonder if it's possible to do this on a cake. Might give it a try over the weekend. :)
Can need your advice. I enjoy making cupcakes for my boucake. But for some reason the icing becomes soft and slowly falls. Can you suggest a tip so the icing stay on cupcake for longer.....? Thank you
For making buttercream icing I've never home made it I would love too because cakes get too expensive after a while. I don't like the icing already made that's sold in the baking isle, I like the real butter cream that the bakers use on the cakes we buy.I really prefer cream cheese.I m asking you your view to see which one you'd prefer I don't want it too rich any advice? Thank you.
Thank you for sharingyour awesome skill and knowledge! I love your channel and all of your videos! I look forward to watching more videos and learning more!😁👍 Greetings from NYC! Xoxo
Sorry, just thought of another question (and sorry if this sounds stupid, but I'm a complete novice), when you've used up all the icing in your piping bag, can you open it up, add more icing, and keep piping, or is it best to start afresh with a new, clean bag? Thank you, Sarah.
