How to make a Button activated door || Town

I've already answered this question under another comment, but I'll reply to it here. One possible issue is that you could've used shift G more than once. Make sure it's only grouped once! Have you made sure all the numbers in the textures are correct? Have you grouped anything extra to the buttons or doors?

@@Prxctical When I made the second door the first button controls both doors while the second button only goes up and down but does nothing I dont think I grouped anything extra and I am pretty sure that the textures are correct.

@@PrxcticalI just saw in the comments that I had to change the red cube for each door to a different color. Thank you for the help! It works great now.

@@justynakulbabczuk8207 Shift clicking is to select all the parts together, shift G groups them all together. You'll want the buttons and the doors to be seperate groups, so group the button parts and the door parts seperately 👍

The image ID = Sound it plays. Simply copy it into the Image ID (use !wc) and voila!

did you change the colours inside the button? Every button and door have to have a unique colour to them. Notice how the square for the door and for the button, one of the cylinders was red? make those a different colour, e.g yellow. that should fix it 👍

Another thing you might've done is put a group inside of a group (happens to me all the time, lol). Simply ungroup everything and re-group it all and make sure it was only one group 👍
