How to Make a Cheap and Easy Hay Feeder for Sheep or Goats 

In 45 minutes I was able to convert an IBC Tote I bought for $75 (you can probably find cheaper and even for free) into a hay feeder for our flock of sheep. I will use the 300 gallon bladder as the water source for our pastured pigs coming to the farm soon.
