How to make a cheap professional cake drum or presentation board DIY 

This is a very affordable option so you can give your cakes a very professional and custom look. Stop using those cheap thin store-bought cake circles to display your beautiful cakes on. Anyone that is the least bit crafty can do this. You should not stack your cake directly on top of these cake drums because the vinyl contact paper is not food safe so I recommend that you construct your cakes on a food safe greaseproof store-bought cake circle that is the same diameter of your cake and then when the cake is done you attach it to your decorative cakedrum with double-sided tape or rolled up duct tape to make it doublesided.
