A couple of schoolmates and I made this book for a schoolproject. It had to have something to do with our National Anthem, so we made the book like the bible, with the national anthem written on the pages. Our teacher (and the whole class) thought it was amazing and very creative, and we got an A:) So thanks Ann! You're amazing!
I love how you show people actually eating it, a lot of cooking youtubers don't and it makes you wonder if the things they make are really good and practical to eat/serve.
I was wondering if there's a way to make a book cake that can open up, like only in the middle. Because I want to make a death note cake and I think it would be pretty cool to be able to write in it, with the chocolate paper and pencils that was in another video. I'm thinking to have 2 layers of the cake and put something as the spine to be able to open it up but i don't know what to put there and I think the cake would break if I tried to move it. I guess I could always just put the paper at the side but it'll be cooler to be able to write in the death note.Any suggestions?
It looks so good that I would not like to eat it The way you seperated the front cover, was really painful to my heart and even the way you tore those pages
I wanna make this, but use different chocolates (types and colours) to make it an actual storybook. Edit: seeing as someone actually liked this, I'm considering it a little more now.
@@3lttlbrds Unfortunately, no I haven't. I got stuck at the very first step: writing a story. Once I can get something written and illustrated, I could then trace that onto the chocolate paper, but I'm just drawing a blank. I'm not good at writing children's storybooks.
Alyssa Hebert yes it does Ann should make CHOCOLATE 🍫 chocolate 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🥳🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫
@@catcraft5527 It's not just chocolate videos. She makes a variety of content, including reviews and exposing fake baking channels. Don't forget she's a food scientist
I thought you had me at 'Chocolate book' a combination of two of my favorite things! And then the fillings... and end it with a party with hot drinks?! If I had a fairy godmother, I feel like she'd come up with this. (Well, if she was a hack who took credit for ideas from talented youtubers, at least)
you are amazing. i wish you made more than one a week, I just can't get enough of your videos and have watched every single one of them. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing talent and passion
Everytime I decide to binge through your channel, I end up rushing out to the shops to buy chocolate because your channel makes me so hungry. But it’s super good too! Seriously, how do you come up with all these awesome ideas?
This has to be my favorite thing you've ever made-and that's saying a lot! It combines two of my favorite things: books and chocolate! :D I also really loved the TFIOS ice cream cake (yes, I cried during both the book and the movie but believe me when I say it was totally worth it!)...and every single other thing you've ever created. Like the Van Gogh "Starry Night" chocolate painting and the geode rocks! So cool! You never fail to amaze me, Ann.
I'm pretty sure you can edit the post/comment... the drop-down on the top right of the post on here, and I'm not sure on RU-vid- I've never posted a comment there.
Thank you so much Ann. *Every* cake vendor that I know disagreed to make a cake with a book on top. Since it's my fathers birthday and he loves books I was pretty devastated until I came to RU-vid. Thank you so much Ann for making this video. My fathers birthday will be bomb.
Hmm i feel like this might work if you put a good firm sponge cake instead of the white chocolates... what do you think? will it work? It probably wont look like a book unless you put cream on the sides and string out the sides with a fork...
omdhdk thank you! i was feeling unsure but thanks to you i’ve made up my mind now. my friend’s birthday is 19/9 though so it’s gonna be a while until i can actually make it. thanks again for the encouragement!
I could definitely see Troom Troom doing this as one of those life hacks to sneak food into the classroom. Hahaha, I'll let you know if I see your idea being used in one of their lazy ass, stupid videos. I swear man, almost all of their "hacks" aren't hacks at all, just really stupid stuff that nobody would ever really use so their basically pointless. I just don't understand how they get so many views per video because it's really ridiculous just how many views they get. Seriously, each one of their videos has at least a million or two views, it's crazy and just really blows my mind. But anyway, great video, thank you for sharing this with us. I would love to try making this one day.
Thankyou. In truth that title always made me want an edible book. Would make a good title on the chocolate book too. :) Definitely enchanted with this.
I love this i really want to make it but i know that i will mess up id rather watch than make and when i grow up and i know i wont mess up at COOKING then i will make it . Me: I wonder when that day will come My little sister : In your dreams Me : 😀😁😆😅😐😕😡😡😡😡😡
I want to ask similar question. is it ok to use real chocolate to make this book? usually you use real chocolate, but in this video you are using fake one.
Janielle Enriquez do you know how much of that book you would have to eat to come anywhere close to developing diabetes? This is a dinner party, meaning that book serves anywhere between 4-7 people, in the party shown they probably didn't even Finnish the book.
How to make vegan white chocolate? I was looking at coconut oil, soy milk powder and sugar. But soy chocolate might not be so fun to eat. Please suggest some for vegan chocolate
It's not a good idea actually cause it could lead to maybe make some people feel like it's a disgrace or they could feel like we're making fun of their holy book
That would be sweet (literally lol) but only if you know the people receiving would be cool with the idea. Most might find it offensive or in bad taste. I personally think a chocolate Bible would be cute and fun for like a Sunday School party. You could even decorate the pages with an edible pen and write stories from the Bible in it. It would be a fun way to teach children and treat them at the same time!
