Nice tutorial ❤ and well detailed . But the strap side got me confused . Especially when u were mentioning 4 and 8. The 8 is the measurement u got from the armhole right? And you multiplied by 3 to get the length of the strap right ? For example if what I measured on my armhole is 11, I’m to multiply 11 by 3 to get the length of the strap . Is this right?
No. to simplify it, I minus 4 from the shoulder when marking the length of the dress so that 4 will be the strap length. Then I measured the armhole I got 8, you multiple it by 2 that is for the front and back of your dress so you do the same with the strap measurements E .g 8+8=16 4+4=8 16+8=24
Pls, do a tutorial on cut together sleeve circle drees. Or have you done that before. How do I input the burst measurement to give fitness at the burst while getting a nice drape downward.
Nelo, good job. Pls , how did you get a stable seam for both the right side and wrong side when you place the armhole in-between the strap? I tried it it's not working.
What do you mean by stable seam? Cut a trap that is 2 or 2 and half inches, fold in half inch on both sides of the trap and then fold again into two. When sewing you are to control the trap direction.
@@Nelo33 Thank you so much. Maybe is because my hand is not so strong yet on machine. What I mean is that the up stitch line and down stitch line do not align. Is it my control of the fabric?
