How to Make a Custom Down Camp Blanket | DIY | STEP BY STEP!

I love nachos and or any kind of veggies wrapped in foil on the camp fire, and beers with friends. I really miss camping and loved it the times that I have been able to go. It’s really nice to get out in nature and see the stars and laugh with friends

Nice blanket! My fav camping food is whatever mom decides to make. Hopefully meat grilled over the fire or soup with veggies and noddles.

I'm not sure if this is considered a "food" but sipping hot coco by a campfire is pretty awesome, and I imagine it would be moreso wrapped up in this blanket on a brisk fall evening! If I had to pick a food, it'd have to be ants on a log even though it doesn't last long. It's still a lot of fun and helps bring my inner child outdoors! My boyfriend and I do a lot of backpacking and when we camp, we love putting together kabobs and letting them marinate in our packs, and then cook them over the campfire at night! Also, a big tip we love is buying packets of the mashed potato dry bag mixes to bring on long multi night trips. They make a ton and are actually pretty delicious, especially after a long hike!

My favorite camp food is actually eggs and pancakes. My boyfriend and I always try and cook like we aren't living in a tent when we camp. We made spaghetti last time! We would love this though because we will actually be sleeping out of our car out west for a month here soon! I wish I could sew at all but I know it would be another hobby I try and give up haha.

I don't think I can choose just one favorite camp food, so I'll give a few: S'mores, chicken stew (or a chili!), chocolate dipped ice cream bars, coleslaw, hotdogs, baked potatoes, potato salad (the kind with egg bits), and steaks if cooked by my stepdad (bc he knows I have texture issues and tries his best to remove the fat for me

Mix it all up and freeze it beforehand. Perfect snack to recharge after a hike!

Awesome! I've always wanted to design my own fabric for quilting, this tutorial has given be the confidence to try! One time I was camping with some friends and two of them were going to grill up some steaks over the fire, but before they did they rubbed it down with steak flavored ramen seasoning, thus creating "steak fried steak". It was amazing.
