There's some other methods, but this one is really quick. I just tried it using a white paint Sharpie on black canvas paper and got great results, and good transparency on the lettering.
Hi Mark~ your method maybe too complicated, just input your signature into the Photoshop as the Jpeg format, and then do some Level or Curve adjustments which to increasing the contrast and brightness, then saved it, the second step is pull down the "Edit" menu in the Photoshop and choose "Define Brush Preset" then to make your unique personal signature brush in quick way~ very simple and save time~ why not have a try?
Hey man, for some reason, I can only do it once. If I try to repeat the same for a new project, the "colour range selection" does not even work at all. My hours of time wasted!
Never make digital signatures. It is the most dangerous security rist you will be taking in your life. If you care about your money and privacy stick to paper.
