dear fumiko ,you have truly changed my life,i do all the face yoga each day,,plus all the other things too.you are so clear and easy to follow.i am from france and i will definitly tell them about wonderfull you. you explain everything so clearly, and it is each day a joy to see you as you seem so friendly and kind.i know you care, also it works,i can see it on my face.merci beaucoup chere fumiko at bonne annee. sadia xxxxxxx
you can heat up sheabutter or mango butter then add 1/4 cup bees wax, 1 cup of carrier oils, 30 drops of Essential oils ( jasmine, lavender, rosehip, ceder wood, eucalyptus fir acne and skin problems, tea tree oil!) and when around 120 ferenhite.. add a preservative Germabean. store in a glass jar. done 😘😘
I'd recommend a stick blender for making creams/emulsions. Also when mixing oils and water/aqueous solutions for creams, they should be close in temperature. The cold water will cause the oil solutions to seize.
½ cup YELLOW Beeswax - There are white and yellow beeswax. The white beeswax is filtered or bleached and I prefer the yellow o 1 cup natural oil - grape-seed oil, sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil (combine a little of each) since they are not only low in comedogenic but also easily absorbed into the skin. 1/3 cup distilled water 60 to 120 drops of your favorite essential aroma oils, * You do not need to use oil if you want to make a subtle honey aroma cream.
I will try it! I am currently breastfeeding and while reading about benefits and tips on the nursing stage I noticed a few breastmilk lotion recipes. I might substitute the water for my own milk and see how it goes!
I like to use rosehip oil, camelia oil, and apricot oil. I also like to use raw cocoa butter instead of beeswax, wax is a bit clogging for my skin. Try it sometime!
It's interesting how everyone's skin clogs up and breaks out with different things. Cocoa/cacao butter, coconut oil make me break out(and also the skin tags ) and rosehip oil I got hives from and burned my skin, still years later my skin seems thin because of that time! But for others seems to work wonders.
Scarlet Peoni yes, cocoa butter makes me break out, coconut oil is the worst! But also some the oils she uses make me break out. I only use oils that are 0 on the comedogenic scale.
Some of those oils DO clog pores! Shea and mango butters do not clog pores and have cured my acne and erased fine lines. I ad rose hip, vanilla extract, lavander, and frankinsense!
Beeswax definitely clogs pores, it's what waxes do, that's their purpose, to protect by blocking. One example is plant leaves, they protect themselves with waxes, so if we put wax on our face, it blocks, or clogs.
I make my own face cream too. From coconut oil, vitamin C and lavender essential oil. It's absolutely wonderful. Yes, natural homemade creams are the best in the world.
Martina Spisiakova it's very easy :) ½ cup coconut oil, 1 teaspoon liquid vitamin E (sorry, I wrote C in previous comment, but it's E), 5-7 drops lavender essential oil (it doesn't have to be lavender, but I love the smell). Combine the ingredients in a bowl or wherever you want to keep the cream and mix :). Keeps your face moisturized for whole day :)
Baby Lady I would advice you to look after the Lavender essential oil in your day-cream because it makes your skin very sensitive to the sun ... the same with all citrus-oils. But you always can use lavender-oil in your night cream of course. Just saying
Vicky rafael I know ^^ I only use this cream when I don't go out, when I go out I use a different cream. This cream doesn't go well with my bb cream, makes my face look too shiny and oily. But I use it when I remove my make-up, makes e feel so much better :) thanks for comment ^^
In my cosmetics class we made a cold cream/face cream and we used beeswax, liquid paraffin. distilled water and borax powder no oils or anything but it still worked
thank you for sharing. a question about after I made one and the distilled water comes out and not like yours? how much temperature when you adding distilled water into the oil? thanks.
Hi fumiko! I’ve earlier done your face wash and I loooove it! I tried to make your face crème but it became to hard to use as a crème and i wonder if u have any tip u can give me to make my attempt of making a crème a success? It would be sad to not be able to use all I melt together as a crème as I thing it would be lovely to be able to use it as a crème 🤩🙏🏽 help…
Hi, can you please tell us how to make your lip balm? My lips are usually dryish and I get cold sores too. I really liked this video. I have looked up all the oils and beeswax at Amazon, so when I can afford it, I will start making my cream. Thank you 😄 xx
Hi Fumiko, I have been following you for the past 6 months and I love what you offer. I take my time before I make a decision to use something that will impact my general wellbeing, but I have to admit again, you offer great advice. Please tell me where you purchase your natural products on this video. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and recipes with us🙏🙅♀️❤
I love making natural things too. peace and love. Also gargling and cleaning teeth with Himalayan Salt and warm water heals sore gums. whitens teeth too. Thanks for sharing so good for your skin. peace and love, get creative with some pretty jars put ribbons and give as presents to friends. Or start a market stall.
Hi! Those are my favorite carrier oils you are using and I love that it is preservative free even with water. I prefer water based creams for my skin. I like to add brewed white tea & green tea to my face cream for the antioxidant benefits. I also subscribed to your channel : ]
Tatiyana S Hi Tatiyana. I was wondering why you would add water when making such creams. Also, without preservatives, how long does your products last? I'm curios because I'm sort of new to making my own skin cream, and I've never used any preservatives or added any water. I've read that some say without using preservatives, it won't last long.
Hallo dear fumiko. Your videos very helpful and informative . Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I have questions that is this oils food graded or can I use organic career oils? and how long this cream will last? and how to keep it? im really looking forward to hear from you asap. Thanks again
Hi Fumiko, I love all your videos! Thank you for sharing !!! I go out in the sun a lot for work and I have dry skin. I am getting pigmentation/dark spots on my cheeks. What is the best method to avoid being sun tanned? Could you do a video for that? Thank you.
Thanks for the great video :) I don't know whether you are still answering questions on this video or not... if yes, my question is - what is the shelf life of this cream as u have added distilled water and no preservatives in it, it won't spoil the product at room temperature??
+shriya agrawal Hi! You shouldn't have a problem, but if room temperature is too high where you live, try to keep it somewhere cooler. Thanks for watching!
Face Yoga Method Amazing! you dont look 48. I supose you have been doing this for a while right ? another thing that i would like to ask you is, what would you recomend for someone with seborrheic dermatitis ?
Love it!!!👌🏻 I will definitely try it out. Love your Chanel, is one of my favorites channels on RU-vid. Could you make more videos with natural skin care products... お願いいたします🙏🏻 Bdw my daughter love the face wash I made from your video last time. Thank you for all the good things you share with us.
I'm not pretty sure, but after I tried this cream all my pores got clogged.. My skin is anyway oily, my chin and nose areas have pores. Even after several days I felt my chin and forehead is not smooth. I had to clean a lot of blackhead on my skin. Better use your favorite cream you bought from professional skin care brands.
Dear Fumiko, Thank you very much for the video and for the videos you upload that teach a lot. I really want to make the cream but I wonder how water and oil connect together and do not break apart. Is it not advisable to use an emulsifying agent for the purposes of interest? I'd appreciate your answer. With great appreciation Yael
Now I realize that beeswax binds water to oil. Thank you very much for your quick response and continue to enrich us with your knowledge. Have a lovely day🌸🌺
Hi I would like to know how can I make a non greasy face cream? Because this recipe is just too greasy and not creamy when I put it in the refrigerator
i love your diy. only down part is it goes bad quicker! :/ i just stick to my good old all purpose face cream by jergens beeswax is the second main ingredient and that face cream has actually helped my acne and scars and its only 3 dollars comes in a big white jar with a pink lid! oldie but goodie.
Daisy Zamora it only goes bad quickly because water is added. Even if it's distilled, it needs preservatives. Because she hasn't added an emulsifier, the oil & water may also separate. Although I love her facial yoga, it seems like this vid was just made for the sake of making a video, rather than having real knowledge & for her own use. Most of her stuff is great though.
Where do you buy your beeswax? I've tried 3 different places and they all smell like cigarette smoke. I made some lotion thinking the oils would cover the smell and they don't.
Face Yoga Method plz tell me how to make a cream to get rid of acne scars and pimples.. i jzz luv ur videos and even i hve subscribed ur chnnl 2. Now plz hlp me as soon as possible☺
