This is awesome Cassie, when you said don't be intimidated by the resin I knew you were speaking to me, lol and I also learned that you can put paint in resin. Thanks for teaching us all your tips and tricks 😉

😂 I was speaking to you 🤣 but you're not alone in that fear of resin. Other people have said the same thing and I felt that way too before I tried it. I think when people say that it won't cure if you get the measurements wrong makes it seem difficult but I've never had that happen 😊

Would it work if I use acrylic paint to color the coffee?

Acrylic paint will work as long as you're not making black coffee. With black coffee, you'll want it to be see through. The acrylic paint will make it a solid color that you can't see through. So it will work great if you want it to look as if it has creamer in it.

Any idea how many ounces I would need if I just wanted to make a full cup of coffee for someone?

All coffee mugs are different sizes. I would fill the cup with water to where you want it and then dump the water into a measuring cup to see how much you need. Be sure to dry your mug completely before putting resin in or the resin will get cloudy.
