In this video I will show you how to set up a circuit that controls a fan to cool some projects without the need to program and that comes at a price of less than 2 euros.
It is important to use mosfet if we want the fan to turn on from 0 to 100% when it detects the high temperature.
If we want the fan speed to be linear in terms of temperature then we will use a transistor.
NTC resistance values for activation temperature (IN MOSFET).
3.3k 0ºC - 4ºC
3.5K 10ºC - 13ºC
3.8K 20ºC - 24ºC
4.3K 30ºC - 33ºC
4.7K 40ºC-45ºC
5K 50ºC - 53ºC
6.8K 78ºC - 82ºC
8.2K 110ºC - 114ºC
10K 155ºC - 160ºC
The values shown here are experimental.
Values may vary slightly depending on the mosfet used.
