Hi next time please show how did you run wiring from inside for led lights facing down I didn’t understand that , how to run wires connected with led light ?
Looks great 👍🏻 One suggestion would be to fit the led strip lights into a channel with a defuser. This will distribute the light evenly and your shadow lines will be perfectly straight giving a very clean cut appearance.
What a GREAT JOB YOU DID detailed. I just bought a condo with a 1980 cement ceiling (yikes). I want to do a total drop ceiling with sheetrock to at least 1 big room. What did you use to hold it into the ceiling above? I want to install a ceiling fan for my wife and a bunch of 9 volt pod lights. How would I attached the electric box to the cement in order to hold the ceiling fan up to the poured cement ceiling? I am not sure if I want to farm my condo job to an expert I will need a person to pull a permit possibly. Or do this job myself. I am an old man and a long retired contractor from NY. I use to be a outdoor brake man back in the day. So any help would be deeply appreciated. I look to hear from you regards, William
Putty? Its call joint compound. This got to be in another country because that's not how it is done in North America, why would you do the wiring after its installed, seems a bit backwards.
Great video, I followed everything that you did and it looks great so far! The only issue I have is that the screws stick out a little bit on the drywall, doesn’t countersink into it for a flushed finish. How do you get the screws to countersink into the gypsum board when attaching for a smooth look? I am using sheet metal screws because the drywall screws do not go into the metal as easy Update: Now I get what you did. After I set the corner beads on with the mud it kind of covered up the screw heads. I then proceeded to fill in any gaps between the top and bottom corner beads with an additional layer of mud, kind of like putting icing on a cake LOL. After sanding it looks perfect you don’t see any screws
A beautiful job! Can you tell whether you have used one light strip or two from the inside and outside, please? Also, do you have a similar video with this installation but around a room perimeter? Thank you
I have got the ceiling job still pending for my house.... and I found your video. And watching Your video I am so confident that I can do it on my own. Thanks for sharing and specially for videography 🤟🏻
