Looks good, I was thinking of taking this recipe to another level for backpackers. Follow this recipe except omit the egg. That way you can freeze it for your trip and have breakfast on the trail for the first two mornings.

You get the best of both worlds when you go that route.Anyone traveling through New Mexico needs to have something with Green Chile. You will not regret it! The hotter the better, sometimes, lol.
It is a lot easier, quicker and neater if you put all the food on half the tinfoil then pull the other half over the top so the two halves meet one one side. You then roll the edges as you would if it were on top. To open you simply slit the packet down the middle and you have a easy neat serving bowl.
