1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon salt
140 g (4.9 oz) flour
300 g (10.6 oz) milk
20 g (0.7 oz) butter
make 15 -17 ⌀ 18 cm (inches) crêpes
Pastry cream:
350 g (12.3 oz) milk
15 g (0.5 oz) butter
70 g (2.5 oz) egg yolk
70 g (2.5 oz) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
30 g (1.1 oz) flour
2 teaspoons (5 g / 0.18 oz) gelatin
*If you use gelatin powder, mix with 12 teaspoons (6 times of the gelatin ) cold water.
