@@TheDogeCoinGamer my friend was having the same problem with his game but idk how to fix it. if you cant get it working and you start a new project just make your map a prefab install probuilder in the new project and then drag your map prefab from the old game to the new game

im pretty sure you just need to build the game again and upload it to your quest then it should update but i think you need to verify a business license or something to upload the game on oculus but other then that idk hope this helped :)@@TARBanan

try checking your errors and see if you have any or maybe you set something up incorrectly or if you imported a player model make sure it says at the end .blend or .fbx

you may have not installed the android sdk in the unity hub try doing that and lmk if that works or not

i got my face texture and my fur texture from my friend but you can probably find a texture on google by just searching up "Gorilla Face Texture" or "Fur Texture" and then go on images and then right click on the one you like and do save as and then at the end it will say like .png or .webp so just change that part to a .png if its not already then just import it in your game and then drag it on to something NOT YOUR PLAYER and then just drag on the original material for that thing back on now inside of the folder you had your texture imported in there should be a new folder called "Materials" so just open that folder and then you will see the material version of your texture so just drag that on the face or body if it was a fur texture or face texture

How do I get the texture for the player model

@@LeoPlaysVrG once you import the player model you have to get your material for the thing you want to put it on then just drag and drop should just be like how i do it in the video

in the photon vr manager do you have your app id and voice app id in the text box thing

you might be on a different unity version so it might be in a different place

make sure you hold down left control while selecting them

thats only if you selected urp but if you did you have to click once on readme asset and then on your right it should say remove read me hope this helped :)

thank you i have one more problem. I have but my player model in the game but it wont connect to my hands i have the photon pink hands and can see the shadow of my player model above me. any ideas on how to fix it

i think i know why it doesnt work but in the photon vr manager thing did you put the lefthand as the left hand in the gorilla player and same with right hand if that didnt work did you put the player model i used thing under the head game object in the photon player prefab if you dont know what i mean there should be a game object in the photon vr player prefab thing and it should be named "Head" i think all you need to do is drag your player model there. if it still doesnt work lmk

also i cut out alot while editing and thats prob why you couldnt get your thing working but in the photon vr manager scale your body down to the size the starting player model was and then once your player models head is as big as the old head and body and stuff then you can do the fast ik fabric thing but it wont matter if you do fast ik fabric before

@@TheLittleKing250 hi its when i test the game out i am the pink photon player instead of the player model. i have done all the armeture stuff ( i think ) im not sure what to do any more

So in unity if you selected the URP template thing you have to restart your project. I'm sorry I forgot it would make it this laggy in the game

in the description there should be a link that has google drive or something like that just click on that then gorilla tag fan game tut and then tut 1 and the package and everything you need should be in there

no but also in the top left there should be a thing called hierarchy and thats like where everything is in your scene but in your hierarchy do you have a thing called photon vr manager and photon voice manager and something with player spawn manager if you dont have that go to your assets folder resources photon vr prefabs and then drag them all out then click on photon vr manager and set your head as the main camera in the gorilla rig and same with left hand and right hand
