Tip:If you are new to blender it is not like unity instead of right clicking with W,A,S and D you have to use the middle mouse thing (extra detail #1:hold down the middle to look around) (extra detail #2:hold shift FIRST then hold the middle mouse button thing SECOND to move around) (extra detail #3:Scroll with the middle mouse button to zoom in / out)

i learned that using skuplt mode can arise issues with the mesh when importing to unity. this is meant for beginners and explaining allat would be difficult

go into uv editing and scale the parts selected that are over the texture up to about 3-4x the size of the actual texture, and it will look really good

your map might be far away just click on the map set position to 0,0,0 it shouldnt do that hoped this helped if that was your problem!

File > Export > FBX. Drag it to your unity assets. Then drag it to your scene, then right click it in the heiarchy, click prefab > unpack completely then add a mesh collider component to everything inside that prefab. Hope this helps!
