Homemade Hamburger Recipe: In a bowl combine 1-1/2 lbs of ground beef with 1/2 chopped of green peppers, 1 tbs of salt, 1 tbs pepper, 1 tbs of minced garlic, 1 tsp of liquid smoke, 1 tbs of worcestershire sauce, 1 large egg and 1 cup of breadcrumbs Blend well Place on grill After 10 minutes add cheese and chopped onions Spread a little mayo on the bottom of a sesame seed bun, followed by 2 small pieces of lettuce and 2 thin slices of tomatoes. Add meat with melted cheese and onions, 2 small slices pickles and a little ketchup and top with top bun. Best served with french fries or potato salad And that's how to make homemade hamburgers
I hosted my first cookout using this video, which was a success. And everyone is talking about how I need to host Thanksgiving. Thank you for helping me impress my family.
hey wassup phillyboy I made your homemade hamburgers and put them on the grill for a early day labor Day BBQ and it was really good thanks for the video
I prefer to salt my burgers after I put them on the grill because salt draws out moisture and you don’t want your burger to dry out before cooking(which already cools off some moisture)
Once again, another delicious looking and easy to make meal! Yummy! And, this video looks brighter than your other videos. Are you filming in a new location? Peace and love to you and your family.
Hi Jay, Just found your channel. Made your spaghetti bake today and for the first time it worked out for me. Before, it was too juicy. I am going to try this too. Your food always looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing.
How am I just running across this channel? Please start back making these videos. You are so talented. Bring us some new stuff or spins on the old stuff please!
Meatloaf Burgers Nothing Wrong With That.👌🏼 The Texture is Fantastic! I Just Prefer The Pure Burger Favor Of Ground Beef & Salt and Pepper That's It... 🍔
Hey! I love your videos and I watch them quite often. Quick question, when I grill my burgers, they shrink a little. How do I prevent that??? By the way, continue doing what you do, you got a lot of haters out there, but a lot of us appreciate your time and effort as well.
Shon B the way I prevent it is not pressing the meat together so much. I put them on the grill a little thick because they will expand out as it cooks :)
It’s the fat in the meat. Look for the higher lean beef. Prefer 80-90 lean. Cost a bit more, but can get the less lean meat like @B_ said, just make the patties a bit bigger.

eggs & breadcrumbs? are u making a meatloaf or a normal burger? they remind me of turkey burgers how light they look and the inside looks kinda dry. just my observation...
Hi, we'll friends here. UN huh, the moment that you added an egg and bread crumbs it became a meatloaf burger. However, I do respect your right to called it an awesome cheeseburger. Good video.☺
Ocita Lambie Meatloaf is baked with ketchup or sauce and usually has tomatoes, celery, onions, milk, and other ingredients mixed into it. The only similarities between hamburgers and meatloaf is the binding method used to keep the meat together.
Come on now, ppl been putting onions and green peppers in burgers for years. Not being funny but Liquid smoke is used to give burgers the grilled taste when your not using the grill. It's made for indoor cooking. When cooking on the grill you don't need it.
A good burger to me are the ones made simple. Mustard, pickles, catsup, and onions salt and pepper to taste. It's okay to season your meat. But don't over do it.
I was doing the same but we almost do the same but a little different in Season's not to much apart I have got a lot from him to add on to what I do cause I Love to Cook
