INGREDIENTS
Aged Parmesean
Chopped Ginger & Garlic
Soy Marinated Flank Steak
Heirloom Tomato
Ponzu Mayo
Grilled Green Onion
Challah
Shrimp
How to Make it:
Into a ziplock bag or a covered container for 12 hours
4 cloves Chopped Garlic
5 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cup Soy Sauce
! Flank steak
Heat oven to Broil or BBQ this darling.
Place Steak on a rack and broil on one side for 4-6 minutes each. It can take anywhere from 12-18 mins depending on how you like your steak
I think the way to go is after the meat has rested. Slice it and then chop it up into smaller but substantial pieces
Heat a pan with oil. Grapeseed or Avocado
Grill A bunch of Green onions
Place shrimp to grill with the green onions
Take onions off and chop up into bitesize pieces
Cut Challah
Slice Avocado and tomato
Take 2 Tbsp mayo and 4 tsp ponzu
Toast one side of the bread slices.
Choose if you want toast on the inside or outside - it makes a different kind of bite
Shmear with ponzu
Add avocado slices
Add green onion slices
Place steak on top
Add tomato slices
Add parmesan slices
Add more mayo if desired
Add top slice
Try not to choke on it by eating it too fast
