Thank you for the informative tutorials. I am a beginner but your videos have helped me to grow from time to time. When drafting a pattern and using a seam allowance of 1inch, how many centimetres allowance do you then sew with in a case that you use a sewing machine that has a plate markings of centimetres and not inches. God bless you ma'am. Please I want to ask, each time I cut my trousers, the back is always bigger, when shaping it, how do I make it equal at the sides. Should I use the front measurement and cut off the other excessses Thanks .
It's normal, the back is usually bigger at the side seams and the waist line is usually higher up at the centre back.... that's if I understand you correctly.

Congratulations! This jumpsuit is actually for a pregnant woman, so it should work for you as well. Just make sure you use the person's pregnant waist circumference and add a lot of allowance. You may also add few inches to the waist measurement and put an elastic at the waistline for more room and comfort. You can also consider using a slightly stretchy fabric.
