Haha so honest comment. I am the same, but I will try this. Because it's easier for me to produce melody with my voice then controlling my breath on harmonica while picking the right notes. 😂
I've never considered the kazoo a real instrument even after watching videos of "experts" playing it. But this totally changed my mind. You're producing real quality sound. Amazing.
In Crazy Blues there’s a kazoo used to sound like a sax. It’s not Mamie Smiths version but A white band I think. Also, check our Moving Brothers Minnie the Moochier, that guy does amazing on kazoo
This is the best version of heard and he taught me a lesson after 60 yrs Blowin Double Barrel Kazoo taped together with hockey stick tape . One note I used it Double Barrel Kazoo after Chicago Black Hawks lost Stanley Cup in Montreal May 1 1965 and partying with The Hawks with Kenny Wharm doin The Twist and Stan Mikita doin background vocals with me Singin,Harmonica ,Guitar ,Kazoo aka Jesse Fuller style
it is a crime that this video doesn't have more views. this is the best two minutes and thirty one seconds of content i have seen on this platform in seven years. my mind has expanded ten fold and i know the answer to life. thank you for inspiring me to be better than i already am.
Frankie, thanks for the nice Tips about these sounds from the Kazoo. Please, make more vídeos playing the Kazoo in more songs, your videos Are Excellent!
I don't know how you never got famous either...you make that kazoo sound more like the real thing than most sax and harp player can do on the actual instrument, sweeter too! What a talent! Thanks for sharing that with us and please keep on doing and put more vids out. There's still time for that game to catch you up, as I've never heard anyone else do what you can. Thanks Frank !
....each single second of your performance is A class.👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽... thanks for introducing to this musical instrument... during my childhood i used to play with comb + paper
Saw a title, thought I'd click through for "why not?", stayed for the somewhat interesting premise, subbed/liked for the Blues. Thanks, I recently lost my gramps about a year ago, and this past week my gram and a friend passed... My grandparents loved blues, so this was nice.
