Using your tips, I would give my LinkedIn profile a 8... missing a few things but I feel pretty good about it!

I think one challenge faced by professionals in a different country from the company offering the job is that company's fear of undertaking sponsorship. Many times, all an individual needs is a job offer letter. Greg, would you mind doing a video for foreign professionals who are seeking employment in Canada

I don’t know how to use the headline yet. But for profile picture, I can give it a 4.

Love your channel! I am confused on how to update my resume for each position I apply for, while maintaining the same LinkedIn profile. I know they shouldn't be different so how does one work that out? Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

Great question! The main thing that NEEDS to be the same on your linkedin and resume is just the job titles, companies, dates, and any FACTUAL info. So if you're just changing your skills or the way you describe something, that is totally fine. They're not going to cross-reference with a fine-tooth comb.
