Make That Sandwich is a game I've played for 23 weeks where friends take turns listing ingredients to make a delicious sandwich that I then make!

This week's sandwich doesn’t disappoint.

The Ingredients
Lobster
Brioche Bun
Lemon Aoli
Celery leaf
Salt n vinegar chips
Drawn butter
Make your Aoli
2- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
Microplane / grate garlic into a bowl. Squeeze lemon, add mayo & combine.
Make your bacon & crumble
Take chips and smash them a little bit
Gather celery leaves and chop finely
Steam your lobstah. Bring a pot to boil. Once boiling place lobster into water & cook. 1lb of lobster takes 3 mins to cook. I used the tail only but feel free to use more. Next time I would use the whole lobster and I plan on remaking it because I know I can make it even better.
Take the digestive track out of the tail then chop it up
Melt butter & pour into a bowl/cup
Toss the lobster with the drawn butter.
Toast your buns/bread. I’ve been getting my brioche from @WholeFoods and they are 👌🏻
Put the lobster into the buns. Drizzle with Aoli. Sprinkle the bacon, chips and celery leaf.
Then eat it & enjoy it!
