Thanks for this 😊But i got confused here,You said You had 20yards of the tulle and you went on to say you cut the first layer to be 20inches by 13yards and the second layer 25inches by 34yards? Did you join the tulle to get it lengthy.. please help clear me😢

How in the world did you just stitched on the gathers of the silk fabric without sewing it on other fabric, and the gathers stayed in place. My gathers don’t stay in place if I stitch on them.
