There are videos on youtube that show the process of making larger glass and plastic boxes like this though. in the videos I've watched, they essentially just cut the glass panels to size, then glue it together with some sort of silicone or other water-tight adhesive that sticks to glass. I've never done it myself, but the process seems simple enough if you've worked with those materials before...

Are you going to do a maintenance update on your paludariums? It would be interesting to see how you do water changes with containers that are so small, I'm guessing a normal aquarium siphon wouldn't work to clean the substrate?
