Today we're building a simple, farmhouse inspired platform bed with storage drawers and cabinets. Well... not so much today, but three years ago ... After looking through some old footage, I stumbled across this almost completed project video only missing the last few shots. So I made the bed, grabbed a few beauty shots and finished the video for this modern platform storage bed - still to this day one of my all-time favorite projects.
Plywood, white oak, nails, glue, some drawer pulls and a working area roughly the size of a bed is all that's needed for this one.
