Tip: When assigning a key range to a multisample, select the low note field, then hit the low note key on the keyboard. Same with high note, select that field and hit high note on keyboard. I thinlk this works to assign the value without having to use the scroll wheel. Cheers.
Thank you for asking! Yamaha defaults the key range to the end of the highest octave. You are cut off unless you drop one octave down. Don't know why. But that is how the MODX is setup
Wow Rik! That's a nice 1st sample. Think I'm going to sell some synths & get a MODX6. I'll basically use Wavestate, MODX6, & MPC1 most of the time. I had a Motif ES6 back in the day, but I prefered the sequencer on the RM1X. Hope the MODX is as good as I imagine it will be. 🤞
