when you thought it was gonna be easy the first few folds, but then it goes to actually trying to make it symmetrical oh wow it turned out better than expected

On the sides where you fold in tips, if you have the patience and a narrow pointing tool (like a tweezer) then you could sink the tip after you fold it. You can even sink the folds on the neck.

i did it lmfao it was so hard bc i didn't have any origami paper and had to make do with those note pad things. it came out so small and had so many creases but its cute :)

I suck at this, so I gave up at about 60% of the origami done, I appreciate the video, amazing.

Tip: the 15cm×15cm is very needed. Do not try it with 5cm×5cm or less. (It was pain. I did it with 2 5×5cm papers at once)

Turn the horrible music app the way down, and play this at half speed. Makes it MUCH easier to follow. The trick is to use very thin paper, and big enough that you don't end up with very thick folds at the end.

You keep placing your finger on the corner points where we are supposed to observe the folding.. like is it center or offset position where we need to fold the pointy end.. :(

I like how the origami turns out, but I gotta say, there's no need for going back and forth with the folding like that. I believe a more direct method would make it easier for beginners to learn. Just my opinion. I had a hard time following the steps sometimes because you would make unnecessary fold and unfolds and keep reinforcing the folds 5 times. Once or twice is good enough... Thanks anyway, love the turtle!

1st try - nope; 2nd try - fixed some initial folds to be more pointed from the start - hoping I can figure out what is happening with those side body folds. Looks like you are tucking, but I don't see anywhere to tuck on mine.

Very nice tutorial, but you need to be very careful with your folds :D

I have made parrot, frog, dragon. Althpugh it seem to be easy at first this was the hardest piece I made. Maybe the hand movements and turning different sides of the model are not easy to follow, thats why.

I had to slow down the playback speed to 1/4th , in order to follow the instructions half way into the tutorial

Managed to make it there but I'm afraid the way the instructor kept changing the orientation of the paper (spinning the piece) made it MUCH harder to follow 😔 I know working around camera angles is tricky, but it'd be a huge help if the piece could keep one point consistently facing upwards to help track which flaps to fold?
