1. over soaking the bread in the custard mix before baking, will have it with a more creamy (but still firm) rich consistency 2. pouring the custard mix over the bread spread in the baking pan then lightly pressing it then immediately baking it, will give a more stable structure
Hi mam, pareho po tayo ng electric oven, hyundai din po ang brand ng sa akin. At balak ko pong gawin pudding yong sunog sa ilalim sa na pandesal n ginawa ko.mam ask ko po napansin ko po kasi yong mode ng electric oven nyo naka TOAST.. Mam ganun po b kapag pudding,, hindi po ba BAKE mode.. Thanks
