Amazing video dude. Now I can build my speaker box without waiting for my Jig-saw to arrive. I can use copping say but with 15 inches speaker hole diameter it's very tiresome to do with it. But with this Jig-say you made I think I can make a much much powerful one to make the woofer hole drilling very fast. This is a wonderful DIY bro. Thanks!
The base where the blade passes through needs to be a metal plate as blade will ware the slot away and become loose. Interesting use of a Allan key as it's made of tensile steel so won't flex on motor pulley. Cool
