Please did you go up by half inch twice when cutting the collar stand? You mentioned half twice as I cannot see the markings on the white fabric. Please answer
Ma, what is the name of the cutter used to cut the dress, then did you just use 38 as the down measurement or depending on the breadth of the cloth. How did you get the 38 measurement ma.? Nice tutorial.

I like the dress but the collar explanation seem to be confusing. The videoing of that collar was poor because it is the most critical part in the making of the dress.
