In this video I show how to make a rose from sheet metal using basic tools, scrap metal and a welder. This was a fun project and I really enjoyed making it. This little project can also be very profitable, these roses sell very well.

How do you keep the metal from rusting? I know you can use paint, but I was wondering if there was a way to keep it so that the base metal and heat treatment could still be displayed?

The biggest one i use for the bottom is probably 4 inches in diameter each peddle at its widest is 2 inches, its just a rough size, I just make the biggest one ,then size each one down a little smaller than the one before, hope this helps
Amazing, going to make a couple of theses this weekend, but quick question, what did you put on the Rose at the end to make it catch on fire? Is it to give it some color to it ?
Thank you, I just poured some isopropyl alcohol on it to look neat for the video lol, you can heat it with a torch lightly and it will color it a little . Thanks for watching !!!!!!
