Kinda late but i still want to mention, i think that you missed out the import "from pygame.locals import *" Without that the collision didnt work for me.
Hi @juggaberglund , there are a couple of ways to do this. In our case, we used an explicit pygame.QUIT, pygame.KEYDOWN etc. while utilizing the constants. You can also do it the way you suggest. In that case, you would not need to pre-pend the "pygame." to each of the constants. Thanks for mentioning it. I think a lot of people may benefit from the calrity as a many of lessons on the web use your approach. The explicit import is sometimes a clearer way to explain to beginners.
