I'd like to make this lovely bonnet. How long is the elastic piece? Do you measure your head to get the measurement? Or is there a set measurement? Thanks.
Hi Penny thank you. I didn’t measure the elastic, I left it on the roll and cut it once I had fed it through. Yes do measure your head and allow al little ease. I had to put my afro in my bonnet, so will depend on those factors too. I think 11-13inch should work well.
