Last week I had an in person craft party and we all made snow globe tumblers. They all turned out so cute and I promised I would share how to do them. Make sure you use CHUNKY glitter because the fine will not work as well.
I recently found some tumblers that come with stopper so you wouldn't even need to do the UV Resin on the whole bottom of the cup. I would just seal it with a little resin to make sure it doesn't leak. I haven't tried it yet but I will report back to share how it works.
